For Sale - 1939 Buick Special $0.00 100045 1939 Buick Special for sale This is a 1939 Buick Special in unrestored condition. It would be an excellent restoration project, as it is very complete. Everything is original. It is a sraight-eight with manual transmission on the column. I don't know what the actual mileage is, or how close to running it might be, as it hasn't been tinkered-with or tried out. Most of the rust is surface (some rust-through on floorboard and panel edges). There are two cracks in the glass in rear side windows. The front side windows roll up and down and the doors open fine. The original upholstery was worn but intact when I acquired it a year ago, but mice have since destroyed it. The car is nearly complete, including side molding and tires. It has a Washington title.
