For Sale - 2000 Triumph Daytona 955i $3,450.00 631410 Looking for something different? If you want something other than the typical Japanese run of the mill street bike, look no further. This beautiful 2000 Triumph Daytona 955i will definitely get some looks. With the Wolf Racing carbon fiber underseat exhaust the triple cylinder note of this bike is like no other. It has a deep, throaty bark that will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up. The DOHC 12 valve 955cc three cylinder motor with a Power Commander computer makes tons of power. It will definitely fulfill any speed junkie's needs. It came with 128 horsepower from the factory, but with the Power Commander and Wolf racing exhaust it is probably closer to 150 horsepower now. The torque curve of this bike is very flat, which makes for gobs of power everywhere, not just at high rpms. The great midrange power makes the bike feel very smooth, much like a Ducati. If you have never ridden a Triumph, you will be amazed how smooth this bike rides. It doesn't have the buzzes and rattles of a Japanese bike, it has a solid feel of quality that you can only get from a European bike. The great handling of this bike can make it a fun track day bike, or just an enjoyable street bike to tear up the twisties. New Michelin Pilot Power tires were put on just about 1,000 miles ago. Not much hard riding in those 1,000 miles, so they are still pretty fresh. This bike has been adult ridden and not abused, never laid down. The only body damage is some minor scratches on the right side fairing caused by the bike falling over in the driveway(shown in pics). This bike is in great shape and ready to ride.
