Below is a short description of how it was built as well as the parts that were used, not including some of the one off parts as well as the time involved to build this BADD A** bike. If you have ANY questions, I will answer ASAP. Be the FIRST in your town, county or state to own a bike called the EXORCIST Vehicle Description:Engine: The motor is a 110 RevTech it is designed to make power early and strong, with its 4 " bore and 4 3/8 stroke, with over 115 horsepower and 120 ft-lbs or torque to get you up to speed FAST. the flywheels and connecting rods are forged from advanced steel. The crank pin is made up of aircraft grade steel. The crankcases are from 356-T6 aluminum with extra wall thickness fro maximum strength. It also use 7/16 cylinder studs proven in drag racing applications. The connecting rods are from 4340 chrome moly steel, it also uses 1 1/2" pressed in crank pen using extreme grade military steel. The oiling system is a 3:1 ratio oil pump drive gears and a high volume oil pump. We used a Andrews EV72 .560 lift cam for good performance as will as good starting. I used replica "PAN" rocker boxes, and "Shovel" bottom end to give this bike the old style look!!! Transmission: The ultimate transmission for the retro look. The trans was used so we could use a bolt on electric starter as well. The trans combines a heavy-duty kicker using a 2.94:1 first gear ratio real helps launch this light weight bike thru the gears. BDL This 3" belt drive features a inner hub a full 1" further inboard than most, to help eliminate gyroscopic imbalance. With the rear belt further over the main shaft almost all instability in the primary belt is eliminated. The pulleys are hard anodized and use a special belt to trap less air. The rear pulley has double row bearing support supports a "STRESSPROOF" steel clutch hub. We run 47/72-tooth pully for better and longer life. Frame: The frame is aD&D frame with 34* of rake and 2 1/2" in the down tubes and using a hidden shock set up to give the bike a look of a rigid but yet be a softail. Springer front end: This bike features a springer front end that has been tig welded and aloy steel construction, the reinforced top and bottom trees reduce flex and improve handling, we used 1" neck bearings for longer life, with fully chromed rockers and springs. Wheel's, Tires, and Brakes, Both front and rear wheels feature thicker spoke flanges and rotor flanges held to.001 runout with either 5/16 or 7/16 holes. Both hubs were designed to accept stock sprocket or rotor combinations, all internal spacers, washers, and bearing end play was set at the factory. The tires are 18" front and rear to give the bike a level ride and we used tires to resemble the "old school" look. The stopping power is being handled by stock Harley braking, and pads. OLD SCHOOL BOBBER " You are looking at a "NEW" yet "OLD" School bike, I built this bike to look old bet used a new EVO motor, as the base platform for this build,as well as a "KICK" transmission but it is electric start as well for those of us of remember the "OLD" days. This bike comes with a 3 year 30,000 mile warrenty on the motor, 5 year 50,000 warrenty on the trans, backed by the manufacturer. The electrical system was built by using a Wire Plus "BOBBER" wiring system, to keep everything safe but yet up to date. We built this bike and showed it for alittle over a year it has been on different TV shows as wall as magazine's and shown at so many rally's it is impossible to keep up with. When we built this bike we used only the best equipment and put more hours in it than almost any job we have done todate. To replicate this SAME build again would cost over 30,000. Its a 2004 which means it has the rubber mounted engine, which makes for a really smooth ride. Its got a custom 2 person seat and a few a few extras such as grips, pegs, and security system. Also, it has Vance and Hines pipes. I bought the bike from a dealer, put on only a few hundred miles, took it back to the dealer for additions, and now have to sell it.
