Warranty

• Q

  What is MCmart Global’s Warranty?

  A

MCmart Global offers a twelve-month or 2,000-hour warranty on all exported machinery. If a spare part shows a verified defect in materials or workmanship under normal operation, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

We reserve the right to determine whether a defect results from normal use or from excluded causes. This warranty does not cover issues caused by wear and tear, accidents, negligence, misuse, improper handling, storage conditions, or transport damage.

Any unauthorised modifications by the client, their staff, or the end-user will void the warranty. Worn items and easily damaged parts are excluded, including filters, belts, electrical components, wiring, bulbs, fuses, glass, rubber, and plastic parts.

• Q

  What is the delivery time?

  A

Under normal circumstances, we can deliver standard machines within 7 days, thanks to our extensive local and nationwide stock resources. This allows us to check availability quickly and receive machines on time. However, for items that require factory production, the lead time for ordered machines may exceed 30 days.

• Q

How does your pricing compare with that of manufacturers and factories?

  A

We are leading authorised dealers of China’s top construction machinery manufacturers, offering highly competitive pricing supported by extensive client feedback and market comparisons.

• Q

When can you respond to client inquiries?

  A

Our team is made up of dedicated, proactive professionals who work around the clock to address client enquiries promptly. We resolve most issues within 8 hours, while manufacturers and factories typically take significantly longer to respond.

• Q

What payment methods do you accept?

  A

We typically work with T/T or L/C payment terms, and in some cases, D/P.

  (1) For T/T orders, a 30% deposit is required in advance. The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment, or against a copy of the original B/L for long-term clients.

  (2) For L/C orders, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C—without soft clauses—issued by an internationally recognised bank. Please consult your business manager for detailed guidance.

• Q

Which Incoterms 2010 terms are you able to work with?

  A

We have extensive experience in international trade and handle all INCOTERMS 2010. Our standard terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, and DAP.

• Q

How long will your price be valid?

  A

As a supplier, we pride ourselves on being approachable and customer-focused, never placing profit above client satisfaction. Our prices remain stable throughout the year but may be adjusted in the following cases:

  (1) Significant fluctuations in the USD/RMB exchange rate.

  (2) Increases in labour or raw material costs, resulting in price adjustments by manufacturers or factories.

• Q

What are the various logistics methods available for shipping?

  A

We offer multiple transportation options for shipping construction machinery worldwide:

  (1) Approximately 80% of our shipments use sea transport to all major continents, including Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, via container or RoRo/bulk shipment.

  (2) For neighbouring inland countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can deliver by road or rail.

  (3) For urgent light spare parts, we provide international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx for prompt delivery.
