MCMART Double 12 Team-Building Adventure 2022

On December 12, 2022, MCMART organised a special Double 12 team-building event, creating a memorable day filled with exploration, laughter, and shared experiences. To make the activity diverse and enjoyable for everyone, employees were invited to join one of three exciting destinations: Shanghai Disneyland, Changxing Island, or a relaxing countryside Leisure Manor.

The Disneyland group spent the day immersed in fantasy and adventure, enjoying classic attractions, festive decorations, and magical moments that brought out everyone’s inner child. From thrilling rides to cheerful parades, colleagues bonded through shared excitement and unforgettable experiences.

Another group headed to Changxing Island, where they enjoyed the fresh air, open scenery, and outdoor activities. The island’s peaceful environment allowed employees to unwind, engage in team interactions, and enjoy a refreshing escape from the busy work routine.

The third group visited a countryside Leisure Manor, where team members enjoyed a slower pace filled with fun mini-games, nature walks, and casual conversations. Surrounded by greenery and comfort, the group experienced a relaxing and joyful team-building day.

This Double 12 event not only offered employees the freedom to choose their ideal activity but also strengthened teamwork and connection across the company.
